toughlove2 a year agoover 80% of Americans consider themselves as middle class, which must mean that a hell of a lot of the ultra rich deny tags such as ‘wealthy’ and ‘upper-class’. When you fall into the $200 million+ bracket, however, there is just no way you can deny your wealth.

to get more context. She talks about how her struggle with MS taught her about what was most important in life and it’s not money. Funny. My sister has MS and the disease taught her that money and health insurance is what will keep her healthy enough to work for money and health insurance. Doctors don’t accept the love of family and friends as payment. They must have different doctors. -

Rare Parrot a year agoShe’s almost as consistent a gaffe machine as her husband. Last week she was talking about “strangling the press” http://www.politico.com/blogs/media/2012/02/ann-romney-jests-i-could-strangle-the-press-115831.html Luckily, being white and Republican and all, she didn’t get pilloried the way Michelle Obama would have been.
