Serial Foot-Licker Blames Obama

Anthony Parri of Fairport New York was arrested for licking the feet of a 5 year old and a 10 year old. Parri, who is also suspected of recently licking the feet of five others proceeded to proclaim that he has been setup by a Mr. Barack Obama. Obama, a US citizen is yet to comment on the case.
