From “The Hangover” director Todd Phillips, the commercial we’ve been waiting for is more like watching an adult Matthew Broderick go about his business than a grown-up version of our hero, Ferris. But who are we to complain? At the end of the day, it’s 2+ minutes of Broderick being funny among various “Ferris Buller’s Day Off” easter eggs — all set to the classic 80s “Ohhhh yeah” song by Yello.
