I think when you go to that extent, you're just doing it to get famous, not really to be attractive. I'm pretty stacked. As a result, I get upper back pain when I'm working and sore shoulders from my bras. Not to mention the fact that it's hard to fit into a lot of clothing and bras in my size are NOT cute like you would see on the Victoria's Secret rack. One day, she'll seriously regret it and probably get them taken out.

Damn. I've got natural 42Is and even that's uncomfortable enough. I can't imagine WANTING to have them that big to the extent that you'd have that much surgery. And yeah to be honest, there's really not much clothing available when you've got big ones. They don't make stuff that flatters these. If it's big enough to fit the boobs, it's going to look like you're swimming in a tent :/
