    25-year old Lana Del Rey attended the 2012 Echo Awards in Berlin, Germany yesterday wearing a "special" strapless geisha style dress with diamante flats... its a step up from trainers!!

    Unfortunately she refrained from doing an Angelina by popping a prosthetic through the slit!!
