1) It’s a professional setting and remarking on someone’s physical appearance in this setting especially is pretty rude.
2) The journalist is doing her job, not inviting a come-on or a pick-up attempt.
3) The doctor’s opinion of the journalist’s appearance is actually irrelevant. A woman being in your presence is NOT an open invitation to hit on her.
