    Quadruple Amputee Swims English Channel

    Philippe Croizon is a Frenchman who lost all four of his limbs after an electrical accident in 1994. Yesterday, he became the first quadruple amputee to swim the English Channel. He made the 20 mile crossing in just under 13 and a half hours.
