    25 Reasons Why Vilnius Is The Worst

    Tiny Lithuanian capital is the worst place on earth you probably never heard of.

    It's so green it hurts

    Being one of the greenest European capitals, Vilnius is just trees. Nothing More. BORING!

    And it's just too picturesque

    The skyline is nonexistent, though

    Never ever climb Gediminas Castle Tower Hill. It is always crowded with tourists and the view is totally not worth your effort.

    The streets are just too narrow and too old

    These winding cobblestone streets... The Old Town is just hideous.

    Churches that look like tasteless warehouses

    Make sure you avoid this so called "baroque gems". This ugly structure is St. Peter's and Paul's church, which was completed in 1701.

    Is this some kind of a cheap Disneyland replica?

    World famous Trakai Island Castle is just a short train ride away from the city, but is it really worth it? I'd say no. It's just a tourist trap.

    This cathedral isn't original at all

    The Cathedral Basilica is just a white boring building. Next to it, you can find recently rebuilt Palace of The Grand Dukes of Lithuania, which is probably the lamest museum in the world. All in all, this whole place called Cathedral Square just sucks.

    Vilnian architecture is disgusting in general

    Visiting this iconic example of flamboyant brick gothic architecture called St. Anne's church is a total waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

    Parks are even more hideous

    Like super hideous

    Markuciai Manor Park holds a museum for russian writer Alexander Pushkin. His son Gregorij lived here. He must have been crazy.

    Full of bland and ugly trees

    It's a forest, not even a city

    These guys build stupid statues to angels

    And horrible universities

    Surrounded by such ugly streets

    Living here is plain boring

    And trendy coffee shops just aren't trendy enough

    Or hip bars that are even worse

    And having a drink 80 meters above the ground doesn't help

    But bookshops are the worst

    One word. Nasty

    Also, places like this cinema are boring

    Vilnians watch art house cinema in such disgusting places. This one is named "Pasaka", what means "a fairy tale" Unbelievable, isn't it?

    But really, what's so cool about this place?

    Pilies street is always crowded and boring, and this magnificent view of the castle tower isn't helping at all.

    Vilnius is just nothing spectacular

    Probably, the least romantic city in the world
