1. Harry London Chocolates

Harry London Chocolates have been around in Akron, Ohio for over 84 years, masking Ohio with the aroma of chocolate, caramel and butterscotch.

2. Wendy's

Wendy's was founded in Columbus, Ohio and moved their headquarters to Dublin, Ohio in 2006. Dave Thomas named this famous burger joint after his daughter. Besides being America's favorite fast food chain, Wendy's can be found in 27 countries worldwide.

3. The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company

The grass is always green in the Buckeye state. It's all thanks to Scotts Miracle-Gro company, which is based in Maryvilles, Ohio. Major manufacturers of do-it-yourself lawn, garden and home protection products, plant foods, soils and mulches, pest controls, grass seed and bird food.

4. The Longaberger Company

The Longaberger Company started in Dresden and is now located in Newark, Ohio. Dave Longaberger set up this family owned and operated business in 1976 that produces high quality, hand crafted and maple wood baskets.

5. Wilson Footballs

Wilson Football factory in Ada, Ohio has a mission and that is to make sure that every football used in any NFL game is American made. Since 1941, every football ever used in Super Bowl competition has been made at the Wilson Football Factory.
