Jenn and Leonardo recently took to Facebook to announce their big news to friends and family.
"We just couldn't keep it a secret any longer," Jenn says, and Leo smiles his agreement.
In fact, that's all it seems Leo can do when it comes to discussing his relationship with Jenn.
For her part, Jenn can't help but gush about their storybook love.
"I was walking through the sewers - as I do - and there he was."
"I knew he was meant for me."
Their love quickly ballooned and within a few days, Leo popped the question.
"What's the point of waiting? To see if something you know to be definite will change? "
"That's like saying I shouldn't plant flowers until I know there will never come a day when the sun doesn't rise. We'd just be wasting time when we already know the answer."
Reactions to their engagement have been overwhelmingly supportive, but they have had their detractors.
Even during their photo shoot, the couple had to endure hostile stares from elders and confused looks from children.
"We don't expect everyone to understand, and frankly, it's not our job to make them. It's like Leo says, we can't let other people's cynicism or ignorance diminish our happiness."
"Luckily we've surrounded ourselves with people that amplify our love. We've been so inflated by their support, we feel lighter than air."
