2.5 billion people around the world don't have toilets and 1.1 billion people STILL defecate in the open, spreading deadly diseases like diarrhoea and mind and growth stunting intestinal worms. These photos capture the appreciation and gratitude of children who have toilets in disadvantaged and remote parts of the world.
