OK, I get it. Tortoises make odd squeaky noises and have inexplicable attractions to inanimate objects. Especially shoes. But it's time to start being more creative with these videos because they're clogging up Youtube. Here some examples of where I think we should be going with these.
Just in case you've been living under a rock, here's the kind of video I'm talking about.
What I appreciate about this is that someone took the time to dress up as a turtle and locate a giant boot. Proportions are important, people.
By inverting the roles of the turtle and the shoe, this Youtuber has deconstructed the whole tortoise-humping-shoe genre. Bravo!
I like this. The tortoise is cute, he's enjoying his lunch, and I don't feel dirty watching this video. I think we have a winner.
