    Yoga Teacher Training Programs

    We offer registered in Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Courses in amazing locations in India and Europe. All of them are intensive 30-days residential programs.

    Starting early morning with Cleansing (Kriyas), Pranayama and Meditation the participants study the whole day till evening Asana Practice & Relaxation Techniques.

    Each day begins at around 6.00 am and finishes around 7.00 pm.

    During the day our students have one long lunch break and few smaller breaks for tee and healthy snacks. Breakfasts we use to eat together after each morning Yoga session.

    The program consists of lectures, practical workshops and other activities (discussions, group activities, silent walks, karma yoga, watching movies, audio lectures, etc). Every Saturday there is only morning asana practice and additional workshops on students' request and Sundays are free.

    We would like to invite all Yoga lovers – beginners and advanced practitioners; those who would like to teach and those who just need to improve and deepen their self-practice.

    People with special health issues are welcome to our school, however please keep in your mind that the Yoga Teacher Training Course is a 4-weeks intensive program with a serious and deep physical training every day, therefore fit and healthy body is the basic condition to succeed. The program is based on a self-discipline, and strong motivation is obligatory.

    Only participating in the whole program of the course you will be able to pass exams and become certified yoga teacher.

    200-HOURS YOGA TTC PROGRAM

    Our TTC is ideal for those who have always wanted to deepen understanding of Yoga and get to know better its all aspects. Theory and practice are balanced here to give you security at each level of learning and teaching.

    In our program:

    • You will know Yoga history, philosophy and cultural background

    • You will sing and understand basic mantras

    • You will get a chance to experience kriyas and meditation techniques

    • You will get the practical knowledge about Yoga practice including sequencing, alignment & adjustment of Asanas and anatomy & physiology of human body

    • You will learn yoga teaching techniques

    One of the most appreciated aspect of our Yoga Teacher Training is its unique hands-on adjustment which creates amazing results and is highly effective. Our speciality is also workshop for teaching techniques.



    COURSE CONTENT
    According to Yoga Alliance standards our TTC consists of following parts:

    • Techniques Training/Practice — Includes asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantras, meditation and other traditional yoga techniques. These hours are a mix between (1) analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques, and (2) guided practice of the techniques themselves;
    • Teaching Methodology — Includes principles of demonstration, observation, assisting/correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, the student's process of learning, and business aspects of teaching yoga.
    • Anatomy & Physiology — Includes both human physical anatomy and physiology (bodily systems, organs, etc.) and energy anatomy and physiology (chakras, nadis, etc.). Includes both the study of the subject and application of its principles to yoga practice (benefits, contraindications, healthy movement patterns, etc).
    • Yoga Philosophy/Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers — Includes the study of yoga philosophies, yoga lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers.
    • Practicum — Includes practice teaching, receiving feedback, observing others teaching and hearing/giving feedback. Also includes assisting students while others are teaching
    • We prepare also other activities – special group workshops and offers additional to Yoga Alliance standards, for exemple: improvisation dance & theater worksops which help you to understand your body and Inner-Self, different group meditation techniques including dynamic meditations, movement meditations, hoop dance classes, silent walk to the mountains and more…
