    Jyoti Sharma

    Jyoti Sharma was born in 1956 in Brahmin family in Delhi.Jyoti Sharma She is the Founder and the Honorary Director of Trimurti Yoga as well as the President of Non Government Organization "Loving Lap" dedicated to orphan kids and women in Indian prisons. Since early age she has been following the path of Bhakti Yoga. Many years she spent in well known ashrams of India studying Vedanta and Hindu philosophy. Last few years she has been traveling and visiting the most important sacred places – meditating and teaching. Jyoti Sharma is a well-known social worker in a local community of Pune. Most of her time she works there for "Loving Lap" trying to create a better future for mentally challenged kids and women excluded from the society. In 2012 she decided to support the beautiful Yoga project of her son Ajay and daughter-in-law – Karolina. Together they founded Trimurti Yoga to invite people from all over the world to the source of Yoga, and to support their studies on Yoga and Meditation. Her dream is to bring public attention and consciousness to contemporary needs and problems of Indian women, as well as awareness of everyone's social responsibilities. Jyoti Sharma is worshiping to Lord Vishnu – the god of Love and Care. She herself is famous for limitless loving heart and dedication to people.nJyoti Sharma is associated with Swami Niketan Ashram in Varanasi.

    Karolina Sharma

    Karolina SharmaKaro has been practicing Yoga for over 12 years. In 2009 she started traveling to India and that's how her life's revolution begun – in Goa she met her husband Ajay with whom in 2010 she founded Bodhi Tree Yoga International School. In 2012 they decided to create a new independent project focused on health, yoga and social work – in cooperation with "Loving Lap" N.G.O they founded Trimurti Yoga.

    Trying to keep a proper balance between East and West Karo teaches in India and Europe. Her path of Yoga had started with the best Iyengar Yoga teachers in Warsaw, but soon she started exploring many other Yoga styles and traditions, discovering and creating her own Yoga style based on both: classical and modern schools. After visiting many ashrams and training centers (including legendary Bihar School of Yoga) she decided to change her profession and become a Yoga Teacher. Previously she was working in the field of Theatre and Music – in Poland, UK and Germany, making artistic projects with kids, youths, people with mental problems and disabilities. In India she has finished two Yoga Alliance registered teacher training courses (in Dharamsala and Amboli), and became Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Registered Senior Yoga Teacher) as well as a certified Pre-natal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). Her Yoga and Meditation workshops are the result of both yogic and artistic personal experiences. Art & Theater techniques combined with Yoga & Meditation brings an unique and beautiful teaching methodology, and unusual exercises for body-consciousness and dance-soul improvisation. She teaches few styles: Vinyasa Flow (beloved one!), traditional Ashtanga, Sivananda and Iyengar Yoga. During her workshops you can find space for your own creativity and self-expression. She is working with kids and adults, beginners and advanced students. Over 15 years Karolina is diabetic /type 1/, therefore her main focus in practicing yoga is HEALTH.

    chantel alcarazChantel Alcaraz – Chantel's discovery of yoga began over 10 years ago. Her travels since then have brought her the experience of studying, practicing, and teaching in various countries around the world. She shared yoga even while living on the ice of Antarctica during her stay for one year!

    Her journeys have led her to various styles and traditions of yoga, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Hatha, and Iyengar. She is certified in Levels 1 and 2 through YogaFit, and became certified as a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Multi-Style Yoga Teacher in Rishikesh, India. Chantel has a deep interest into the ancient practice of Ayurveda which shows how the body is connected to everything in our lives – food, environment, people, our thoughts… Chantel brings these elements into her practice and teaching. Her interest and discovery of the body through yoga has more recently led her into studying deeper into Traditional Thai Massage (actually rooted in India), making this an amazing addition to her everyday practice. Her classes work to bring you back to your essence. A fusion of body, mind and spirit, Chantel will help you to flow with your breath, ground into the earth, and guide you back into your true being. Flowing and connecting in your practice will leave you revitalized, reconnected, and more balanced.

    Currently teaching yoga back in the United States in a small town in Wyoming, Chantel looks forward to returning to her second home, India, to learn, grow and share with you!



    ajay rishikeshAjay Sharma – Ajay was born in a Brahmin family in 1976 in North India. Since 2006 he is living in Germany. After finishing studies on Arts and Human Relations at University of Poona Ajay spent 6 years in Osho International Resort learning meditation techniques. On his way to the spiritual journey he was living in Buddhist Community in Leh and Ladakh. He has been practicing Vipasana, Dynamic and Kundalini Meditation. He was inspired by Osho, J Krishnamurti and Ramana Maharishi to continue his journey within. Ajay is a certified Yoga Ayurvedic Masseur and works with crystal healing and stone therapy. In Trimurti Yoga he is teaching Meditation and Breathing Techniques. As Project and General Manager of the school Ajay is responsible for organization of all our events and courses. Ajay is married to Karo, and together they created Trimurti Yoga as an open space for all seekers, Yoga & Meditation Lovers, and all people who believe in good energy and smile!

    Raghav Kumar Raghav Kumar- Raghav comes from a family steeped in the Vedic tradition and this background has helped him in his spiritual pursuit. He is committed to leading a life dedicated to self-enquiry (Atma-vichara) along the lines of Yoga and particularly Vedanta. His spiritual journey began with working in the corporate sector in Bangalore, India where he worked for a few years as a Telecom Research Engineer. Then he took the plunge in to a full-time pursuit of sadhana (spiritual disciplines) and charitable service activities to the underprivileged sections of Indian society through the Ramakrishna Mission organization, in the year 1997. Later on, in 2001, he went to Rishikesh and Uttarkashi in the Himalayas and studied Sanskrit, Vedanta and Yoga philosophy under the guidance of Swami Dayananda Saraswati and other respected spiritual teachers connected with the Kailash Ashram tradition. Since 2004, he has been dividing his time between Uttarkashi in the Himalayas, Visakhapatnam in Southern India and teaching Yoga philosophy with the Trimurti Yoga team.

    sharada raghavDr Sharada Raghav – Dr Sharada is a consultant in Holistic Medicine. After graduating as a medical doctor in the Indian systems of Medicine, she did her post-graduation in Physiology and taught aspiring doctors in a modern med school for over eight years. She also has a post-graduate degree in modern Psychology and Counseling. Her background in both modern and traditional holistic medicine, psychology and physiology makes her acutely aware of the need for Yoga, ayurveda and holistic medicine and also some inherent limitations of the modern allopathic medical approach to human health and well-being. Dr. Sharada has also been a long-time student of Indian Spiritual traditions and loves to help and heal people and share her knowledge of Ayurveda, holistic health care, physiology and Yogic Anatomy. She was a guest teacher in a medical University in Canada.

    Trimurti Yoga Sana AtikSana Atik – Sana first discovered her path to yoga in Australia, where she lived and studied. She was drawn to India to continue her yoga journey in hope to grow, learn and share her inspiration for teaching yoga with others. India feels like home, so Sana visits frequently.

    Sana completed her Yoga Alliance 200hr Teacher Training with Trimurti Yoga (at that time Bodhi Tree International) in Dharamsala as a multi-style teacher which allowed her to pursue her dreams of teaching yoga. The whole Trimurti Yoga team just fell in love with Sana, and offered her to become a part of the family. Sana specializes in Ashtanga Yoga (with nice and gentle vibes!) and Vinyasa Flow (in its modern and quite challenging version). Her flexibility together with a beautiful loving heart makes her sessions an amazing and meditative experience, full of healthy body work though.

    Arya MurtyArya Murty
    Arya Murty was born in India, in the place called Srikakulam (in Andra Pradesh). At the early age Arya Jee started performing Yoga asana practice. At the age of 16 he took initiation in Mantra Yoga Sadhana. Arya Jee worships Lord Ganpati in different forms: Maha Ganpati, Laxmi Ganpati, Haridhara Ganpati, Siddhi Ganpati. Later years he took initiation in Das Mahavidyas in Sri Vidya. Arya Jee learned Yogic practise from Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh. Later he also spent some months in legendary Bihar School of Yoga as a senior student. Arya Jee is a certified 200-hrs Astanga Yoga Teacher from Mysore. He has also practiced Iyengar Yoga for many years. Arya Jee has studied spiritual philosophy practice for about 4 years in Swami Dayananda Ashram in Rishikesh. There he has studied Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads. Later Arya Jee spent 16 months in Kerala and Learned Smartha Tantra methods of worshiping. From the begning of 2003 till 2008 he has lived his life as a wandering seeker and he travels in different parts of India. Nearly 12 years he has been chanting Mantras. Most of his time Arya Jee spends in silence for the Sadhana purpose. Arya Jee has spent 6 months in a Semi Forest in Kerala focused on his Sadhana. Since 2009 Arya Jee started spreading his knowledge and wisdom with different Yoga Schools in India.

    Stephanie LeMoignan – Stephanie's love for yoga begun when she traveled to Australia in 2009. She has since then completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training course in India, in Rishikesh, in a traditional ashram next to the Ganges. Steph continues to grow and explore all aspects of yoga, her approach to yoga is very, as we say in India "shanti shanti". With her calm energy she loves a flowing yet nurturing class and this is what she shares in her sessions. She's recently completed a kids and family yoga teacher training course in Vancouver B.C, and is continuing to expand her knowledge and love for healing work including Reiki levels 1 and 2. Steph is inspired to continue to grow and spread the love with people from all over the world.

    Carolien Sijberden Carolien Sijberden
    Carolien was born in 1984 in Netherlands. Yoga is for her "a way to enjoy life totally", working on a healthy body and mind, and finding the harmony inside.

    Carolien approaches yoga in a practical way, incorporating it naturally in everyday life. For four years she was working for a contemporary art gallery in Amsterdam, for last one year she's been traveling all over India learning and teaching Yoga in different centers. Carolien teaches Ashtanga, Yin Yoga and Vinayasa Flow. Her amazing grounded energy makes her classes an unforgettable experience full of lightness and peace. Her dedication and selflessness in teaching Yoga are very unique and appreciated by all the students.
