This makes me think of a program on saw on tlc or discovery a couple years ago of a guy that enormous arms like that too. Apparently he was injecting his arms with something to get them that big and they actually got infected and bursted! It showed footage of him taking a needle and aspirating all this pus. I see this in this man’s future.
