ok you can’t do a splash page of “before the city” then 20 seconds later show her moving to manhattan. it’s like the sad old whore version of the star wars prequels. i saw darth vader die, why do i wanna see him as a kid? we saw carrie die in a gutter, why do we care what she did in high school?
