      @burnred hey I really do try to search for things that have already been posted but as you said some things slip through the cracks. The only reason why I have not responded in this case is because I left work right after posting this to go to my second job and am just now getting a chance to look at the Internet. I’m not trying to be “above” you by not reacting to your comments. As I said, the first chance I had to even sit down and read these is right now. In response I’ve taken the post off the front page and the network as should have been done hours ago. That said, I fully understand that the BuzzFeed point system is a fun and addictive game we all play but please understand that your exclamation points and your anger is pretty off-putting and over the top for this situation. I’m sorry I accidentally fucked up and reposted and I think it’s an amazing testament to the quality of BuzzFeed that it can illicit such strong reactions of anger when we fuck up but I just feel as if a repost for such a mundane thing that nobody here can claim creative authority over doesn’t deserve “end of the world” rhetoric. I get that you posted it first and deserve the points and I’ll try my best to not let it happen again. All I ask is that you try to talk to me in the comments like I’m a person you’re having a conversation with in real life and wouldn’t scream “old, old old!” to. Just about every week I’ll find a night I’m reading BuzzFeed and see a post or two of yours on the front page that I’ve seen posted months or even a year ago but have said nothing because I understand many people (including yourself) haven’t seen the content yet and it’s new to them. Reposting is lame and we should all strive to avoid it but we are all guilty of the mistake so please just be civil about the situation and I will try my very best to do the same. @turtlefeed you will always be the best
