      The saddest thing about the arguement is that folks who think mankind isn’t affecting global warming are quite content with living in garbage, chewing up every drop of resource availiable anywhere (the hell with the future) and, as long as their air conditioners work, are happy campers.

      @ransom: I don’t blame you for questioning the global warming argument. But warming or not, burning coal kills thousands of real people every year. So I think it is an important issue even if you don’t believe the argument about global warming.

      It takes more faith to believe in the science fiction built up around the ridiculous notion that human activity is warming up the earth…the science just doesn’t back it up, yet the cult movement carries on while wasting billions of our tax dollars each year. Shameful but true.
