Jokes. No we don't. But we do go to Tech Breakfast - a monthly breakfast meetup for the tech and startup community in the North East.

Lauren, Ignite, "It's an early start, we're all in need of the caffeine (as always!), but since we spend a lot of time in the office, it's refreshing to be in a different space - it fuels different conversations and helps shape my day."

The Lifebox guys go through the #intense 30-minute weekly session where our mentors Paul & Tristan ask us what we've achieved in the past 7 days. They're making the easiest way to create photo galleries with friends - no apps, no sign-ups, just memories.

Ovi says, "This takes a toll on you, emotionally, mentally. You know it's helpful, but getting questioned on every decision is tough. After the review, you sometimes can't remember who you are anymore, but you think about possible outcomes, and the decisions you need to make this week."

Roxana, Dragos and Roxana (yes, we've got two!) are RESTACK, a platform to help hackers, developers and IoT startups create new applications and integrations for the Internet of Things.

Roxana B. says, "We're exuberant, frustrated and then exuberant again. Working in a startup, and towards a future, can be overwhelming. Your ideas keep changing, you're going through a carousel of emotions, but this is the only way you'll get better and better. At the end of the day, it's awesome when I can say that I did my best!"

Sometimes, it's necessary to take a step back. Emma and Dave are part of the Drone Labs team, and they're playing with, ahem, researching, high-tech drones to build a better product for their end-users. Obvs.
