Not to be too serious (gasp!) but please be careful. Eating a dozen habaneros or whatever might sound like a hilarious stunt to have someone do, but going to extremes with food or drink can actually be physically dangerous—a lot more dangerous than puking. Too much capsicum from habaneros or other peppers (for example) can land you in the hospital for a couple of weeks while your stomach lining repairs itself. And more people than most would ever guess have died just from drinking too much water (yep, it’s possible—it’s called water intoxication, and it can cause heart arrhythmia, heart failure, and swelling of the brain resulting in brain damage or death). Sorry if I am stating the obvious, or if this seems silly and neurotic, but I felt the need to say it just in case. Besides, if Jack gets hurt there’ll be fewer posts with cats for me to enjoy. :-)
