*Design Geek Warning* First: The proper term is ‘typeface’ not ‘font’. A font is a kind of typeface. Think Arial Black and Arial Narrow (which are fonts that are part of a font family) versus the all encompassing Arial as a typeface. Second: This isn’t even a typeface (let alone a font) because it hasn’t been designed for use (yet, at least). These are probably best referred to as ‘letterforms’ which is when you apply artistic stylings to particular symbols within a typeface. Third: These are awesome. Just because I’m a bitchy design geek doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate geekalicious design like this. Good stuff.
