16 Things Batman Can And Can't Do On A Saturday

Saturdays are a day of relaxing and running errands. After a super hero themed race for charity, I was too excited by the public's reaction to my Batman costume that I had to find out what it would be like to be a superhero for a Saturday. Read below for the trials and tribulations as the Saturday Batman. @theSaturdaze

1. Batman CAN take pictures with fans

Batman can pose with strangers. So meta: picture from a stranger of another stranger taking a picture of a stranger with Batman.

2. Batman CAN ride the bus to brunch

Batman can ride public transportation with the kind citizens of San Francisco.

3. Batman CAN make friends with law enforcement

Batman catches up with local police for a quick thank you and a coffee.

4. Batman CAN pick up dry cleaning

Even the cape needs a deep clean once a in a while. Luckily the dry cleaners are up for the challenge.

5. Batman CAN shop for new outfits

The local clothing store is debating tight or wide? I think the answer is obvious...

6. Batman CAN enjoy a coffee at a bistro

Who doesn't enjoy a nice coffee and croissant? Batman sure does.

7. Batman CAN go to the gym

Even super heroes need a quick stretch before the elliptical.

8. Batman CAN break the law

Jaywalking is punishable by fine, but Batman does what Batman wants.

9. Batman CAN'T cut the line at Walgreens

There is no mercy in Walgreens for a super hero buying band-aids and vitamin C.

10. Batman CAN'T shop for home decor

Pottery Barn does not have a great selection for the Bat cave.

11. Batman CAN'T use Apple products

Apple products do not respond to the Batman gloves. There HAS to be a better way!

12. Batman CAN'T get cash at the bank

No cash for those who won't confirm their true identity at the ATM.

13. Batman CAN'T get a psychic reading

Palm readings by the fortune teller are not an option for this crime fighter.

14. Batman CAN'T eat donuts

The outfit is not forgiving for a sweet tooth.

15. Batman CAN'T get a manicure

The colors don't match the outfit and the gloves are a problem. Batman can't catch a break in this town.

16. Batman CAN'T shop for eyewear

Even the local stores want a piece of the disguise action.
