    Darth Vader Will Return For New Star Wars Movies

    Apparently, he survived this somehow. The only tougher bad guy is Shredder, who survived being crushed to death by a garbage truck.

    According to British website Express, Darth Vader is set to return in the new trilogy of Star Wars movies.

    “He’s an integral part of the franchise. Replacing him is virtually impossible,” an insider said. “The plan is for him to return and play a significant role in the new films.”

    And perhaps the most egregiously disturbing quote was this: "Darth Vader will rise from the ashes," suggesting that the funeral pyre at the end of Return of the Jedi wasn't enough to put the robotic Sith lord down for the count.

    At this news, Star Wars fans across the web have let out a resounding "NOOOOOOOOO!"
