    Pro Tips On Moving Gigantic Turtles

    Turtles in an aquarium can weigh nearly 600 pounds. See how they are safely moved up and down four stories when exhibits change.

    There are some big turtles in Boston's aquarium.

    The aquarium is renovating the center exhibit, so the turtles need to be moved around.

    So how does that work? Boxes with holes in them of course. Just bigger.

    A sea turtle this size is a show stopper for visitors, and the aquarium is filled with conservation information about these animals. All 7 species of sea turtles are endangered.

    But moves are rare. They only happen for Myrtle about once every 20 years!
