It looks like Cloverfield or something. Chilling.
The streets looked a bit like this as the crowds left the city after the Thanksgiving parade, but it's much creepier when it's for a real reason. I'm glad whatever moron left that device was too stupid to rig it properly… hope they never grow a second brain cell. :(
