Amelia Bedelia wrote for a newspaper. Barbie, however, has only been a news anchor.

Barbie has taught Aerobics, Yoga, Art, Dance, Gymnastics, Elementary School, Sign Language, Spanish, Special Education, Swim, and Football.

In "Come Back, Amelia Bedelia," Mr. Rogers no longer wants her to work with him, and she needs to find a new job. The struggle is real in books for children.
