A thousand years ago, we asked Americans to label Canadian provinces, at which they pretty miserably but expectedly failed. Now, BuzzFeed Canada will finally turn the tables:
It became instantly apparent exactly which states Canadians could identify.
And which ones they couldn't.
If they didn't know which state inhabited that square, they pulled from their random stock and pop culture knowledge. (Probably from the internet.)
In fact, sometimes those were their only sources.
"Al Capone"
"Katy Perry Songs"
"Sketchy election..."
And, well, from their unsolicited and unapologetic Canadian opinions, too.
But there are so many more places to label in the States than in Canada, as one person rightfully pointed out.
And for those 50 reasons, Canadians fared pretty well.
Some of them even labeled the country better than some Americans could.
OK, yeah yeah, they had to draw the map from memory. BUT STILL.
