Chris S. a year agoI do find this adorable but also interesting. I can see this being ok as long as this friendship doesn’t interfere with the otter’s ability to thrive in it’s daily life. I am concerned that the otter may get comfortable with all dogs—even aggressive ones. Rio seems fine, though.
