    5 Things To Do To Recover After A Horrible Day

    Had a neurotic co-worker critique your work in the middle of a presentation? What about an uncontrollable mane that looks like a bird's nest on your head, or fell flat on your face all on the same day? And of course it happened all front of your crush of unmentionable years. We've all had those days. And they suck. Yet how ever terrible your day has been, I find that a few things might help ease the embarrassment then pretending it didn't happen. This is my solution to fix what that hairspray couldn't.

    1. Pick up your favorite takeout or make your favorite meal.

    2. Take a nice relaxing shower or bath.

    3. Speak your mind.

    4. Put on your favorite flick.

    5. Smile & brave the day.
