They contribute millions of dollars to organizations that oppose equal rights for gays, so yeah, they do.

It’s not just that their president opposes marriage equality, it’s that the company actively donates to anti-gay organizations. Almost 2 million in 2010 alone, including at least one organization that advocated for gay “conversion” therapy.

The attack on unions is an attempt by Republicans to eradicate the only remaining major donor to the Democratic party - unions. This has nothing to do with finances and everything to do with winning future elections.
