Its that time of year again! Roll out the rain barrels 2013 presented by bluegrass pride. Bluegrass pride gives out rain barrels to artists. Artists paint the rain barrels with an artistic design. The artists give the rain barrels back to Bluegrass pride and then the barrels are put into an online contest and displayed at various locations around the central kentucky area.
