Ill Child Wins All-You-Can-Grab Toys "R" Us Dash And Donates To Other Sick Children

Meet Colena. Colena is an inspiring young girl who was diagnosed with a fatal heart condition that needed to be acted upon.

Colena won a 3-minute dash from Starlight Children's Foundation Canada, sponsored by Toys"R"Us, in which she could grab what ever she wanted in the store within 3 minutes.

Rather than keep the 3-minute dash to herself, Colena opted to share her dash with other seriously ill children in Toronto.

So, under Colena's direction, Starlight Children's Foundation Canada randomly selected three other recipients to do the 3-minute dash with Colena.

The three sick children included Jazzmyn...

Danielle

And Stephanie

The girls began their dashes across the Toys"R"Us store, grabbing whatever they could in the timeframe.

Jazzmyn had her eyes on all things Barbie (sound familiar?)

Danielle had her eyes on the prize with a variety of things (including LEGO!)

Stephanie stocked up on video games (and laughs from a Toys"R"Us employee)

...and Colena surprised everyone by admitting that her toy dash was actually not going to be for her, but rather for the children's ward in Toronto's Sick Kids Hospital.
