A Writer's Experience, As Told By "The Fairly Odd Parents"

    Book won't get published? DINKLEBERG.

You ace English class and decide you wanna be a writer.

Your parents probably aren't thrilled with your life choice.

You come up with a FANTASTIC idea,

and plan out some sort of writing schedule.

Finally, you sit down to create your masterpiece.

    Everything's going well so far.

Your friends are cheering you on.

    Then, you hit a wall.

    Suddenly, your dialogue seems crappy.

    You become unbelievably frustrated,

    and you can't focus.

So, you do other things instead of write,

all while worrying how you're gonna pay the bills.

    Then...inspiration hits!

You're back at it, working hard,

    and feelin' like a boss.

Your hygiene's taken a back seat to your writing.

But who cares? You're gonna be rich!

You're already planning your answers for TV interviews.

    After many sleepless nights,

    and lots of coffee,

    you FINALLY finish!

Now you gotta deal with rejection from publishers.

    Most tell you it sucks.

Or, it doesn't make any sense.

    But eventually, after many tears,

    and anger,

    somebody loves it!

    You can't believe it.

You're going to be a published writer!

    Time to celebrate!

    You author, you.
