I don’t think anyone disputes that alcohol is an intoxicant that no one should drive under. It is fairly annoying when stoners say “Getting high makes me drive better!”. Yes, you’re not as bad as a guy after a six pack or someone on two Xanax, but the video clearly shows all three of the people by the end were intoxicated, driving unsafely by any measure, and admitted they should not be on the road.

You can cut her off yourself if you feel the friendship is emotionally unhealthy. Granted, I’ve done the same thing before when I developed feelings for a platonic friend, which totally destroyed the relationship, thank god I learn from my mistakes.

Indeed, the female converse of the “nice guy” is the “strong woman” who complains about men being scared off by her career status, paycheck size and forthright attitude. No, they’re not dating you because you’re “strong and fierce”, but because you’re domineering and abrasive. Your status doesn’t entitle you to have the man of your dreams any more than being “nice” entitles a guy to have a girl. Both of them are words used to cover up huge character flaws.
