We avoid all sugars, agave, honey, molasses, stevia (we dislike taste). You recommend using liquid sweetener yet your basic coconut ice cram recipes is sugar. What isasweetener replacement that won’t cause an ice frozen texture when freezing? What about ground date or yacon? We use Yacon for many of our raw recipes such as home created vegan protein drinks, etc. We do have an ice cream maker. Ibegan creating frozen dessert recipes using combinations of bananas and avocados with cashews or soaked almonds since the 1970’s.
