The former N-Dubz member Tulisa Contostavlos is taking legal action against will.i.am over royalties to will's top track "Scream & Shout"

According to The Sun, Tulisa is angry that the song, which she originally co-wrote with Jean Baptiste and was called "I Don't Give A F***" for her album 'The Female Boss', allegedly was robbed by will.i.am and recorded it with Britney Spears. It became a worldwide hit.
One of the alleged lyrics Tulisa claims it's hers involves this:
When you hear this in the club, you'd better turn this s*** up.
...and if Tulisa's publisher Sony ATV proved to Will's publisher BMG that the lyrics is hers, she will be credited and expect a huge payout.
