    The Four Chair Challenge saw them to a rendition of the famous Grease number "You're The One That I Want". With them putting their own twist on the song their fans began increasing.

    One of the top hits of the year Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" turned out to be a winner for them. Although some of the judges warned Alex and Sierra that it came across a little too corny they made it through to the following week.

    Motown Night and they took on the great Marvin Gaye's "I Heard It Through The Grapevine"; however, due to a graphics error the votes were nullified and all of the contestants had to sing again.

    Due to the error Alex and Sierra decided to give Ed Sheeran's "Give Me Love" a turn. This beautiful song allowed them to show that they're relevant to today's music market.

    '80s night turned out to show the good and the bad. The couple sang Robert Palmer's famous "Addicted To Love" song and did relatively well. However, it was the first time they had been separated on stage and the judges felt their awkwardness. Simon Cowell even expressed his disappointment on how the performance went. Fans everywhere didn't care and put them through yet again.

    Taking on one of X Factor's greatest exports, One Direction's "Best Song Ever" slowed down proved triumphant. British Invasion Night gave them a standing ovation from Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato even explained how she would be downloading it from iTunes. However, Sierra's vocals were criticized for not being as strong as Alex's, something which greatly upset her as she'd only been singing seriously for a year. Despite this their version hit the top 30 on iTunes.

    Taylor Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble"

    Big Band Night allowed them to put their own spin on Taylor Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble". Everyone seemed to love it and they only received minor criticism from Kelly Rowland.

    Destiny's Child's "Say My Name"

    The first of two songs that night Destiny's Child's "Say My Name" was chosen for the Diva part of the evening. Their nerves to sing it in front of Kelly Rowland (member of Destiny's Child) quickly turned into relief as the judges praised Sierra for coming out strong.

    The unplugged element of the evening saw them take on the relatively new song "Say Something" by A Great Big World. The risk factor was higher than ever before because Sierra would be playing piano. However, the performance worked for them and they received high praise from the judges. Simon Cowell called it his favourite performance of the season.

    Their version went to number 1 on iTunes, making them the first X Factor contestants to ever achieve this feat.

    Of Monster And Men's "Little Talks"

    The audience were able to choose a song for the semi-finals and Alex and Sierra got Of Monster and Men's "Little Talks".

    Sara Bareilles' "Gravity"

    Sara Bareilles' beautiful song "Gravity" blew everyone away, bringing Demi Lovato to tears. This helped them secure their place in the finals. Like "Say Something" before it, their version of Gravity hit number 1 on iTunes.

    Singing with contestant Carlito Olivero, the three of them took on "Falling Slowly". This song from the hit film, and now musical, "Once" proved to be more in Carlito's favour than Alex and Sierra's. Didn't stop them from getting to the finals though.

    Getting through to the finals X Factor put them all on the spot when they had to start their campaign for America's votes. Singing Passenger's "Let Her Go" went well, even if it came across a little rushed.

    Singing "Bleeding Love" with X Factor UK winner Leona Lewis proved to be a bit tricky. Not only was it a different beat for Leona but the harmonies seemed a bit off. Demi Lovato explained that it wasn't their best performance but that it shouldn't reflect on their overall time on the X Factor.

    Getting into the Christmas spirit they perform the '90s classic "All I Want For Christmas Is You". The title really shows that even with a potential $1 million Sony recording contract, they just want each other.

    Alex and Sierra are crowned the WINNERS of The X Factor. THE FEELS! THE TEARS! THE HOPE THAT HE WAS GOING TO PROPOSE! It's okay though because everyone is just in love with how they're in love.
