Moneyball is also nonsense. The core of the A’s was the Big Three pitchers who were all coveted by many teams and drafted in the first round (Zito and Mulder) and sixth round (Hudson). Miguel Tejada was the MVP. The vaunted Moneyball draftees have basically been busts.
