This is Puerto Rican boxer Orlando Cruz.
Most people know him as "The Phenomenon."
He became the first professional boxer to come out as gay while still competing in October 2012.

Today he proposed to his boyfriend, José Manuel.
And he chose to do it publicly, through his personal Facebook account.
He proposed by uploading a video this morning.
A translation:
