Yesterday on EastEnders Live an actor muffled a line. Today's mistake? Tanya (Jo Joyner) asked Jane (Laurie Brett) about Adam, when she meant to say Ian.
"How's Adam?" I think you mean Ian, the guy who is getting married this episode.
And why the name Adam? Well Ian Beale's character is played by Adam Woodyatt.
You can kind of tell that they had realised the error.
