16 Things We All Learnt From The First Episode Of "I'm A Celebrity" 2014

Spoiler alert: Gemma Collins really really REALLY doesn't like the jungle.

    1. Michael Buerk hates celebrity culture.

So he's on a show called errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......

    2. Michael isn't that up-to-date with celebrity culture either, so he's quite bad at introductions.

    3. But he and Tinchy are quite good at handshakes.

    4. After a while it became a little bit of a thing.

    5. A little bit too much of a thing.

    6. Oh god please stop it becoming a thing.

But don't worry, Tinchy has rules about coolness.

    7. Another contestant is Gemma Collins. She wanted us to learn something different about her.

    8. So she boarded a helicopter to get to camp and immediately started shouting and freaking out.

And she then abandoned the helicopter after going into a panic.

    9. This led to an immediate campaign on Twitter for her for her to be a part of Band Aid 30.

    10. She then arrived at camp and started screaming.

    11. We learnt she didn't like the rations of porridge.

    12. So she invented "the porridge pâté".

    13. And although she didn't have a good day, at least she hasn't let it knock her confidence.

And she's not asking for much.

    14. This is a given, really.

Aaaaaand that's who's getting voted to do all the trials. #ImACelebrity

    15. Oh and what about Liam Gallagher's rumoured appearance in this year's I'm a Celebrity?

What?! Roy Keane and Liam Gallagher AREN'T in the jungle?! But the papers were so sure! #ImACeleb

    16. And what else did we learn about the show? That people like to scream in the jungle in the dark. A LOT.
