Coco's response when asked if her butt was all natural :
"The answer is YES! 100% All Natural! I had my boobs enhanced at 18 years old and that is the only plastic surgery that I ever have done to my body. Even after I write this blog and people read it, some people will say Im lying and still have their opinion that it is fake. Let me start by describing my body type, a short, athletic small build. For those that dont know Im only 5″2′. I was never the super skinny girl in school even though I wanted to be. I was never fat but always thought I had bigger thighs than the other girls, just a little not by a lot. My dad is naturally muscular without ever having to go into the gym and my mom has a curvy body, small waist and wide hips. With that alone, my parents have some great genes. Would like to also mention the muscle that sits on the top of my butt, not everybody can build this. It has to be in your genes. I work out HARD at least 3 times a week. Just trying to keep my curves."

Even though the state of Washington frowns on (forbids) my practicing medicine ,it's my opinion that she has had a Brazilian butt lift and Gluteal implants.

Brazilian butt lift
"A better butt can be created with your own unwanted fat.Using a combination of liposuction above and below the buttock and take fat from the flanks or belly. This fat is then processed in the operating room and injected into the buttock mounds."

It looks like she has had some contouring and injections done but no implants yet.Notice the lack of scars along the crease where the butt cheek would meet the leg.

Gluteal implants
These soft, solid silicone implants are placed into each buttock area through an incision hidden in the intergluteal fold .Intramuscular augmentation involves creating a pocket within the large, gluteus maximus muscle. Generally this procedure requires the use of a smaller, round implant due to the limitations of the pocket size that may be dissected. In contrast, the subfascial augmentation procedure creates a pocket under the fascia, which is the membrane of tissue covering the muscle.

Incisions for gluteal implants are made at the gluteal crease where your butt cheek meets the back of the thigh. This usually leaves 2 scars that can be visible.
