Mom & Son's Date Night Assisted By Kenny's Burger Joint
Instagram user, JillieZ123, was asked out on a date by her son who is on the Autism spectrum. The Plano, Texas 12-year-old planned the date from start to finish and ended up having a little bit of help from Kenny's Burger Joint in Frisco, TX. You can read her open letter to the diner here. Compared to the last few weeks' worth of stories filled with horrible diner owners and patrons, shootings, and illegal hunters, this is a welcomed, feel-good story. Especially coming from Texas (amiright?). A nice reminder that humans aren't always the worst.
