2. It is LEGAL For A Woman To Be Topless In New York In Public. For Real.

It is a wonder this law exists. Though I must say, in my six years in New York City, I have actually witnessed not one, but two women out and about, doing errands on a Tuesday afternoon, letting it all hangout up top. The law states, "A woman may go topless, providing it is not being used for a business."

3. Coins Are Not Allowed To Be Placed In One's Ears...Or Else.
