On November 24, a lot of Indians got super angry at him when he was quoted as saying, "Kiran and I have lived all our lives in India. For the first time, she said, should we move out of India?"
Unfortunately, a lot of this hate was directed at Efrati because his Twitter handle is @Amir.

Efrati has been mistaken for a lot of celebrities named "Aamir", from boxer Amir Khan, to the winner of the French version of The Voice, Amir Haddad.
"The experience made me think Twitter is a big deal in India, yet I never see Twitter that high in app rankings over there," he added.
Come on, guys. If you're gonna troll someone, at least make sure you have the right person.
