There is nothing wrong with her using someone else’s cake mould. First of all it seems that it comes fromadifferent part of the world than many are used to here in the States, so that makes it novelty; nothing wrong with popularizing an already used technique. That’s how many business start in the first place. Furthermore, almost all cakes and baked dishes are made from some mould that someone invented in the first place. All those Chicago style pizza shops didn’t invent deep dish pizza (even though many will claim to). It would simply be ridiculous for someone to have to inventacompletely new cake style and mould for him/her to be considered legitimate.
