The new season of Orange Is the New Black was released this week on Netflix, and with it comes one of the most beloved aspects of the show: its flashbacks.
Some show the characters in happier times before prison...
...while others show the characters' much darker sides.
And some flashbacks just break your heart.
But there is only one flashback we've been looking forward to seeing, and we finally got it. Hello Corrections Officer Bennett! Spoilers ahead: only scroll down if your thirst is overpowering.
Officer Bennett (Matt McGorry) is a Litchfield prison guard who falls in love with an inmate, but the only thing known about him was that he was in the military and lost his leg in a separate accident. And also that he's foxy.
In the new season, we see his military camp and we get an even better look at his hot bod as the soldiers make a video set to Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl."
The dance shows that Officer Bennett is a leader.
A leader with all the right moves.
