umm, no. she's got her leg bent at the knee behind her brother (you can tell by the angle of the fabric of her shorts). the angle the picture has taken masks her bent knee which would be behind her brother, just below his arse. then her lower leg is vertical running down parallel to his. on first look it does look a bit weird, but if you actually open your eyes and look, it makes a complete amount of sense.
