glenchilada 9 months agoIt’s sad that our definition of what’s manly has come to a point that poses like these would seem unmasculine, somehow. Much of America has a skewed and truncated version of what it is to be a man. I often hug my male friends.

@Michael O’Boyle: Oh, boy… Sure you do not know the whole world. At least here (Chile I mean) people are as homophobic as Americans. You may say something to of your male friends and I bet you you’ll face some nasty eyes on you. OFFTOPIC: I have a pic on my FB profile which shows a good friend of mine and I smiling at the camera and very close to each other. It looks like the picture of Morrissey-Marr above.

I think “What’s everyone so uptight about again?” should be changed into “What are Americans so uptight about again?”
As far as I know, the rest of the world is a lot less homophobic, hell, we don’t even feel the need to say “no homo” when complimenting a male friend’s new haircut or shirt. And we don’t even have to be drunk for that! Oh and by the way, nice photos. I fancy this post. -
