Agreed, I'd just take a dozen of the bags, fill them with warm water and reap the rewards. Nice thought though. Maybe if there was something in the bag that could sense the ethanol in the poo? But still, that wouldn't keep me from crapping in a bag for deals.

Would it work if I take a dozen of the bags and fill them with warm water? I see that as a big flaw. What if NY have garbage bags that scan the bag and display the code on the screen while it make sure it's dog poo and nothing else.
